Yazen health is now seeking a Senior Product Manager who can navigate the dynamic world of digital health, ensuring our products resonate deeply with the patient experience as well as connecting it to the caregiver side.

What You'll Do:

• Master the patient perspective, integrating their needs and feedback into our product roadmap.
• Analyze patient usage data to draw insights and trends that inform product enhancements and increase user engagement.
• Collaborate with a diverse ecosystem, including patients, healthcare professionals, and internal teams, to validate product assumptions and prototypes.
• Maintain a pulse on patient needs, iterating and pivoting the product based on feedback, data-driven insights, and best practices from other scaleups.
• Drive user testing and validation sessions, ensuring product features align with patient expectations and promote long-term engagement.
• Innovate with gamification techniques and other strategies to enhance app stickiness and user retention.
• Work closely with our proudct manager, designers and developers to deliver a great service

What You Bring:

• Passion for elevating patient experiences through cutting-edge digital solutions.
• Proven experience in product management, ideally within a scaleup environment.
• Strong background in data analysis and using insights to drive product decisions.
• Experience with gamification and creating sticky user experiences.
• Excellent communication skills, bridging technical teams with a diverse user base.
• Fluency in Swedish.
