What You’ll Do

As a Growth Marketing Intern, you’ll support the Paid Media Manager in executing and optimizing paid campaigns that drive real business results. Your main responsibilities will include:

• Uploading and managing ads across Meta, Google, Snapchat, and Reddit

• Conducting competitor ad benchmarking and analyzing industry trends

• Supporting market research and audience insights across EU markets

• Assisting with campaign reporting and performance tracking

• Contributing to creative testing, helping identify which visuals and messages perform best

Who You Are

You’re digitally savvy, analytical, and creative — someone who’s excited to learn the full spectrum of growth marketing. You are:

• Currently resident in Sweden and have legal right to work in Sweden

• Passionate about digital marketing, performance ads, and social media

• Detail-oriented and confident working with spreadsheets and data

• A fast learner who enjoys experimentation and data-driven decision-making

• Familiar with (or eager to learn) Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, Snapchat Ads, or Reddit Ads

• Comfortable working independently in a remote-first environment

• Excited about understanding how growth strategies differ across European markets

Highly Preferred

• Experience in social media ad content creation, such as: Designing simple ad visuals or videos for Instagram, Facebook, or Snapchat

• Experience within Meta Ad Managers/ Google Ads or similar platforms

(For example, you might have run small ad campaigns for a student project, brand, or personal account — anything that shows you can create engaging content that drives clicks.)
